In accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document constitutes a public offer to conclude an agreement for the provision of services related to the preparation and delivery of products (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) under the Delim Food trademark.
Any person who accepts this offer, places an order, and fulfills the established requirements, using the information and materials provided on the website http://delimfood.uz (hereinafter — the Website), shall be considered to have entered into an agreement under the terms set forth in this document.
1.1. Unless otherwise indicated by the context, the following terms shall have the meanings described below:
1.1.1. “Courier Service” — persons providing delivery services of the Goods on behalf of the Seller or its employees.
1.1.2. “Seller” — a legal entity engaged in the sale of Goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Seller’s full name and location are specified on the Website.
1.1.3. “Buyer” — a fully capable individual or a representative of a legal entity who has entered into an agreement with the Seller under this offer to purchase Goods for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to business activities.

1.1.6. “Goods” — the products presented on the Website. The actual appearance of the Goods may differ from the images on the Website.
2.1. The Seller and the Buyer confirm that they have the necessary rights and legal capacity to conclude and fulfill the agreement.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes to review the terms of this offer, product information, privacy policy, and user agreement posted on the Website.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this offer, and the Buyer must independently monitor such changes.
2.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their agreement with the terms of this offer.
2.5. The agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer presses the order confirmation button or receives a notification of order readiness.
2.6. The validity of this offer is unlimited unless otherwise stated on the Website.
3.1. The Seller provides the Goods at the prices indicated on the Website and arranges their delivery via the Courier Service. The Buyer pays for and accepts the Goods under the terms of this offer.
3.2. Ownership rights to the Goods are transferred to the Buyer at the moment of receipt.
4.1. The Seller may send promotional materials and notifications about special offers to the Buyer, provided the Buyer has consented to receive them.
4.2. The Buyer may unsubscribe from promotional notifications at any time and re-subscribe later.
4.3. The Seller has the right to conduct marketing research, calls, and analysis of provided services if the Buyer has given consent for their data to be processed.
4.4. The Seller may send automatic service notifications related to order fulfillment, which cannot be disabled by the Buyer.
5.1. Orders may be placed via Phone or by filling out the electronic form on the Website.
5.2. The Buyer must provide accurate information necessary for fulfilling the order.
5.3. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the Goods prior to ordering, they must contact the Seller via Phone.
5.4. Orders can only be placed for Goods available from the Seller.
5.5. The Seller has the right to record phone conversations for the purpose of fulfilling this offer.
6.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer.
6.2. Delivery cost:
Within the city — free of charge;
Nearby towns and districts — at fixed rates;
Remote areas — price determined by the operator.
6.3. Delivery time: 30 minutes from the moment the order is accepted. In exceptional cases (weather conditions, traffic jams), delivery time may be extended up to 90 minutes.
7.1. Prices for the Goods are indicated in Uzbek soums and may be paid in cash or by bank card.
7.2. When paying in cash, the Buyer must receive a receipt.
8.1. Returns of Goods of proper quality are not accepted.
8.2. If defects are identified in the Goods, the Buyer has the right to request a replacement within 1 hour of receipt.
9.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.
10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations; if an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in court.
11.1. This offer is the Seller’s official document. All appendices to the offer are its integral part.
11.2. The invalidity of individual clauses of the offer does not invalidate its other provisions.
