The System is intended for Delim Food customers who wish to order food.
Through the System, a user (customer) can:
view the menu and available dishes;
select meals and place orders;
track order status and delivery;
contact support service or courier;
save order history;
receive order notifications.
The user voluntarily provides the following: full name, phone number, delivery address, email, date of birth, and other information if necessary.
With permission — GPS or network-based location data may be used to provide delivery and show the nearest branches.
OS version, phone model, and other technical details — for diagnostics and improved stability.
Collected to ensure security, apply regional restrictions, and prevent fraud.
Used for repeat orders, analyzing preferences, and providing bonuses and discounts.
The Company processes only the information necessary for the operation of the System and the provision of services.
The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent data leaks and unauthorized access.
Information is stored until the user deletes their profile or upon their request.
The user may delete their profile. After that, the data will be either completely deleted or anonymized.
